Educational Workshop: Our Storyboard, Our World

Educational Workshop: Our Storyboard, Our World

As part of the exhibition Familiar Figures: (Re)interpretations of Cultural Narratives in the Sotiris Felios Collection, presented by the Residency Programme for Academic and Curatorial Research of Contemporary Greek Art of the Sotiris Felios Collection and the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, at 16 Fokionos Negri, on Saturday, 25 October, we invite children and teenagers aged 6 to 14 to create a 3-meter-long collective storyboard!

Inspired by the characters in the exhibition, participants will tell their favorite myths and stories, draw the protagonists, and combine them with the figures from the exhibition. While creating their own narrative, they will be asked to imagine: “What would these figures say to the world that is coming?”

Come and join us to make a fantastical paper storyboard together, using collage and painting, where voices, stories, and visions of the past and future intertwine in a colorful narrative.
